The Abundant Life Church is based in Bradford and has a thriving congregation of around 2500 attending services each week, including a wide mix of ages, cultures and backgrounds.
Our culture is to be God-Centred, Purpose-Driven and People-Empowering. This has caused our 'new breed' church to flourish as we have started to reach out and practically express God's love to the people we 'do life with' in our communities. Our passion is to reach people who don't yet know God and help them find a relationship with their creator.

Calhoun Enterprises is a minority owned business which encompasses a wide variety of companies to provide exceptional goods and services. Founded by Greg Calhoun in 1984, Calhoun Foods was the first business venture. This retail grocery chain is headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama.

Dr. Gary M. Johns is an Atlanta native who began practicing chiropractic in Atlanta in 1986. He began by working in three clinics under three different mentors. In 1987 he opened his own practice, Atlanta Health Service Inc., where he was the CEO of the medical and chiropractic facility from1986-2000.
Dr. Johns’ purpose for FirstCorp Wellness was to create an environment of prevention and wellness in corporate America. He has teamed up with a medical director who has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Also, he has assembled a team of medical personnel, body trainers, wellness and life coaches to serve executives and companies to reach a higher standard of overall wellness individually and corporately. Everlast - Choice of Champions
The name Everlast is synonymous with boxing. Renown internationally as a manufacturer of boxing equipment, Everlast started out as a swimwear manufacturer in 1910. The company was founded by Jacob Golomb and headquartered in the Bronx, NY.
Seventeen-year-old Jacob Golomb, the son of a tailor and an avid swimmer, was dissatisfied with the durability of swimsuits because they barely lasted a season. Golomb began making suits that he guaranteed would last for a full year. He proudly gave them the name, “EVERLAST.” Although the swimsuits did not last through the years, the name did.
Over the next years, Golomb expanded his company into a small retail store that carried a full line of sports equipment. In 1917, a young fighter named Jack Dempsey introduced boxing to Golomb and Everlast. Dempsey asked Golomb to construct protective headgear that would last more than 15 rounds of intensive boxing training. Golomb specially designed the training gear for Dempsey. In 1919, Dempsey won the world’s heavyweight championship wearing boxing gloves made for him by Golomb. Everlast became the headquarters for boxing equipment throughout the world. In 1925, Golomb designed elastic-waist trunks to replace the leather-belted trunks then worn by boxers. These trunks, now known as “boxer trunks,” immediately became famous.
Jacob Golomb ran the business until he passed away in the early 1950’s. At that time, Jacob’s son, Dan, took over the business. In 1958, Ben Nadorf joined Everlast and purchased 50% of the company from the Golomb family. He became VP/Secretary of the parent company and president of the operating subsidiaries. When Dan passed away in 1995, Nadorf purchased the family’s remaining 50% interest pursuant to an existing Buy/Sell Agreement. Nadorf remained the President and Principle Share Holder of Everlast until October 24, 2000.
